How long will my order take?


We ship your order within 3-5 business days. After it's shipped out, average delivery times are 2-5 business days, depending on your location. If an item is not in stock, we can order items in and delivery time can vary.




I placed an order with you, but have just realized I put in the wrong address! What should I do?


We process our orders very quickly. However if you give us an incorrect shipping address it’s very important that you send us an e-mail as quickly as possible with the incorrect shipping address and the shipping address that you would like it changed to. There’s no guarantee that we’ll be able to switch out the address before the package leaves our hands, but we’ll try our best.




How do I return an order?


If your item is faulty we have a 30 day return policy, you will need to ship the item back to us and we will make a full refund. We do not refund the shipping cost to ship it back to us. If there is another problem with your item we may be able to exchange it. Send us an email with your name, order and contact details and we will try our best to help.




Do you stock plus size clothing?


Most of our stock comes in a a full range of sizes from S to 3XL, check the item you are looking at. We also have a size chart so you can find the size that suits you best.




How do I cancel my order?


If you need to cancel your order you have an hour from purchasing the item to contact us, we will then be able to cancel any oder from going out and make a refund.
