Frequently asked questions
We process our orders very quickly. However if you give us an incorrect shipping address it’s very important that you send us an e-mail as quickly as possible with the incorrect shipping address and the shipping address that you would like it changed to. There’s no guarantee that we’ll be able to switch out the address before the package leaves our hands, but we’ll try our best.
If your item is faulty we have a 30 day return policy, you will need to ship the item back to us and we will make a full refund. We do not refund the shipping cost to ship it back to us. If there is another problem with your item we may be able to exchange it. Send us an email with your name, order and contact details and we will try our best to help.
